✨Spark & Release

A heart-forward ritual to let go of what’s been too heavy, shake off the noise of the year, and come back to yourself.

Thank you for finding your way here.

While we’re not currently hosting this as a live gathering, the intention behind Spark & Release still matters — and the practice is something you can do for yourself, right where you are.

Because if we’re being honest…

This past year hasn’t just been “busy” or “stressful.”
It’s been heavy in a way that lives in your body — tight shoulders, a full chest, and a mind that won’t shut off in the middle of the night.

So many of us are carrying:
• constant noise and uncertainty
• the pressure to stay strong for everyone
• the ache of watching empathy and kindness feel harder to come by
• the feeling that things are out of control — and that somehow it’s still on you to hold it all together

And underneath all of that is a quiet truth:

You’re exhausted.
Not weak.
Not dramatic.
Not failing.

You are human — and tired of carrying more than one person ever should.

Spark & Release is an invitation to put some of that down.

Not through fake positivity.
Not through “just be grateful.”
Not by bypassing what’s real.

But through truth.
Through breath.
Through release.
Through reclaiming your energy — one intentional moment at a time.

🌿 A Simple Spark & Release Ritual (At Home)

You don’t need a full hour.
You don’t need to do this “right.”
You don’t need to be calm before you begin.

Just start where you are.

1️⃣ Create a space for yourself to simply BE

Make yourself a warm drink.
Light a candle if you’d like.
Put your phone away.
Take one slow breath and let your shoulders drop.

This is you choosing yourself.

2️⃣ Name what’s heavy on your heart and mind

On a piece of paper, finish these sentences without overthinking:

Right now, what feels heavy is…
What I’m tired of carrying is…
What I don’t want to bring forward with me is…

Let it be messy. Honest. Unfiltered.

3️⃣ Release it (movement encouraged 😉)

Choose one or more of these:

• Tear the paper into pieces
• Crumple it and throw it away
• Safely burn it (outdoors or over a sink)
• Shake out your arms, shoulders, legs
• Take a few deep exhales with sound

This is not about fixing.
It’s about letting energy move.

4️⃣ Call your energy back

Place a hand on your heart and say (out loud or silently):

“I release what no longer belongs to me.”
“I call my energy back into my body, my heart, and my life.”

Notice what shifts — even slightly.

5️⃣ Choose one next supportive step

Ask yourself:

What would support me today?
More rest?
More honesty?
More movement?
More softness?
More laughter?

Let the answer be simple.

💛 What this practice offers

You may notice you feel:
• lighter — like you finally exhaled
• clearer — about what gets your energy and what doesn’t
• steadier — more rooted in yourself
• braver — ready for one small, aligned step
• more like you again

This isn’t about resolutions.
It’s about reclamation.

A return to what matters.
A refusal to carry what drains you.
A quiet turning toward the light — from the inside out.

Come back to this ritual whenever you need it.
There’s no deadline.
No performance.
No right way.

Just heart.
Just truth.
Just release.

If you’re finding yourself craving more space like this — more clarity, release, and support — I offer Spark Sessions as a next gentle step.

These are heart-forward, one-on-one conversations designed to help you shake off what’s weighing you down and reconnect with what matters most to you.

There’s no pressure to decide anything now. This is simply an invitation.
