A little more about me
I'm Ilana Sara Schwartz, Reset Mentor & Spark Igniter, and the founder of Heart & Reset. I've spent years working with women, filling my Mary Poppins bag full of tools and resources, and I hold certifications as a Fearless Living Coach and Trainer. But honestly, the thing that makes me good at this isn't the letters after my name, it's that I've lived every single thing I teach. I'm based in the Sacramento area, married to my favorite person, mom to two incredible humans (one is a childhood cancer survivor), dog mom, volunteer, advocate, an ally, and deeply passionate about putting more love and light out into the world.
